(19 June 2025) There are years in which few things occur. There are days in which years occur. We are in a time of the latter. A few of the issues coming up in the news can be answered by the Signpost perspective, as taught in my book, Daniel Revisited.

In the meantime, or if you cannot tune in, the following is a quick Q&A of some of the relevant issues swirling around right now.
Q: Will regime change occur if the supreme leader is assassinated?
A: No. Regime leaders consist of both the supreme leader and the generals of the IRGC. The Council of Experts will elect the next supreme leader. The IRGC’s next in the chain of command will replace any generals that are assassinated or retire.
According to Signpost theory, the Turkish confederacy of four nations will end the Iranian regime as part of the Third Signpost.
Q: Does Iran need nuclear weapons?
A: No. If the Second Signpost is true Iran will invade and occupy the Middle East, whether it has nukes or not.
Q: Is Iran severely weakened as the press claims?
A: No. Iran has depleted some of its ballistic missiles and some nuclear facilities have been destroyed, but the IRGC, the Basij, most of its drones and ballistic missiles, land vehicles, and gun boats are still intact. These things will likely be the backbone of the great invasion and occupation of the Middle East.
It is true that some of Iran’s allies have been weakened—Hamas has been decimated, the Houthis have had some missile launchers destroyed, and Assad has been removed from power in Syria—but the Second Signpost proceeds out from southwestern Iran.
Q: Are we seeing conditions under which the Persian Ram might start the Second Signpost?
A: Yes. It is my opinion, as I have written about on this website, that the regime will start the Second Signpost under two conditions. The first is when it is ready and all the planning has been done down to the details. The second condition only recently appeared. If the regime is facing its end, it will go ahead and start the Signpost, trusting in their god, Allah. In the days and weeks ahead, the regime may be facing this final decision.

THE FOUR SIGNPOSTS 
All of this being only about three months removed from High Holy Days is ominous. The Iranian regime has about three months to prepare what could be the ram-invasion starting during a length of time from about Rosh Hashana through approximately Simcha Torah.
