(28 February 2026) Conflicting reports are coming in about Khamenei’s death. His residence was attacked, but that does not mean he is necessarily there.
FoxNews is in wait-and-see mode. However, an Iranian news site leaning on liberating Iran already is declaring him dead.
We will see.
In the event Khamenei is killed, the Assembly of Experts would simply elect a new supreme leader.
Regarding prophecy, the supreme leader’s identity doesn’t matter, because the two horns of the Ram represent the two power bases of the “kings of the Medes and Persians.” The two powers are the office of the supreme leader, and the other is the IRGC.
