(10 March 2026) It is now 9 pm MST March 10, or, 4 AM GMT, March 11.
There are two developments today.
The first is this story from oilprice.com that reports the IRGC may be laying mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
The second is that by looking at the Strait on marinetraffic.com, it looks like there is a parade of cargo and oil vessels headed back in to the Persian Gulf, in the direction of north by northwest (see map below). We will see what happens with those ships.

Ship traffic through Strait of Hormuz at 4 pm GMT, March 11, 2026. Note single file parade of oil tankers and cargo ships in the line furthest east, heading north, heading in.
The WTI price is still hovering in the high 80’s.
Conclusion
The Second Signpost is still in play. As long as oil is stopped or trickling through the Strait of Hormuz, the world is still vulnerable to a major economic upset. And if the world is headed to that upset due to the oil, the second horseman has been granted power to take peace of mind from the earth.
Keep watching.
