(22 March 2026) It is now 9 pm MST March 22, or, 4 am GMT, March 23.
As of now, the Strait of Hormuz continues to be blocked. It has been blocked for 22 days. About 352 to 440 million barrels of oil have been removed from global oil supplies by Iran’s closing of the Strait of Hormuz.
That 440-million-barrel figure exceeds the 400 million barrels that was to be released from inventories worldwide in order to stabilize the oil price.
The idea of the Second Signpost having started March 2 is still in play. Until the regime is completely disbanded, or until the Ram runs out, this is not over.
Full Throttle in Taking Away Global Peace of Mind?
As part of the Signpost theory of interpretation, the second horseman is given power to take peace of mind away from the earth, which is likely the cutting off of the oil supply from the Middle East. By removing one-quarter of the world’s oil supply, this would drive oil and gasoline prices to heights that would wreck the world economy.
So far, the price of oil has risen, but has stabilized due to the release of oil inventories.
Destruction of all the oil facilities would drive up the price to great heights, since there would be no future oil coming.
President Trump, the trigger puller of what could be the Second Signpost, has given an ultimatum to Iran as shown in the graphic below. He said that if Iran doesn’t open the Strait of Hormuz in 48 hours from the time of his ultimatum, he will have the US military start destroying Iran’s power plants.

In response the IRGC simply said that if the US military does this, Iran shall destroy the remaining oil infrastructure in the Middle East. In other words, the second horseman will go all the way in taking peace of mind from the earth. The text of the IRGC’s response is as follows:
“’If Iran’s fuel and energy infrastructure is attacked by the enemy, all energy infrastructure, as well as information technology and water desalination facilities belonging to the United States and the regime in the region will be targeted,’ Iranian military spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaqari said, according to state media.”

Trump gave his ultimatum at 5:47 pm EST, March 21, 2026. Assuming 48 hours is correct and Trump isn’t just throwing enemies off balance by either attacking sooner or later, we have until 5:47 pm EST, Monday, March 23, 2026.
Are we looking at full peace of mind being removed from the earth? It looks like it. And it might be in exactly another 19 hours or so from the posting of this article.
We will see. If true, the Lord is good to give us a good part of a day to prepare.
In any event, the risk of supply chain disruptions is high, and it might be soon. Remember the surprise attack Iran launched at Diego Garcia 4,000 km away when the US declared Iran’s missiles destroyed.
Iran might surprise again.

As the Iranian attacks on the surrounding countries especially the Gulf States have been successful and often devastating and ‘no one’ can stop them does this not mean that the Iranian ‘run out’ to the East, West and South might have been accomplished in this manner ?

No, not yet. As I’ve written about in posts these past 3 weeks, its all about the Bear, and the Ram, and the Second Horseman. The Bear, Ram, and Second Horseman are about widespread butchery, chaos, and the Ram getting to do all it wants to do (as in the Guardianship of the Jurisprudent, as I wrote of in Daniel Revisited, chapter 10). What’s happening now is only the opening scene with the second horseman who takes peace of mind away from the earth. Just watch.
