Day 150: The Way Being Opened for Jordan To Jump In?

Today is Saturday, June 6. We are 150 days into the grace period effectively declared by the supreme leader of Iran.

The US government is denying the ability of the IRGC to actually wage war against the US military in the Middle East. That ability was shown in the September and January attacks.

It is also the 53rd anniversary of the Six-Day War.

A while ago I wrote an article about the Psalm 83 war. I speculate that it will occur during the Second Signpost.

Psalm 83 lists a number of ancient peoples which have their counterparts today. Most of these peoples’ militias are now being supported by the IRGC with their common stated goal of wiping the name of Israel from the pages of history, just as it says in Psalm 83:4 (“let us destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more”).

The three peoples of the modern state of Jordan didn’t seem to have a link, that is, until now.

The Trump Peace Plan, announced in January 2020, seeks to have Israel annex the Jordan Valley which is the low lying area immediately adjacent to the Jordan River on its west bank. This would result in the land area of the Palestinian West Bank completely encircled by the state of Israel.

The territory of Israel under the proposed Trump peace plan. Note Israeli territory would encircle Palestinian territory.

In this news article, King Abdullah II of Jordan stated of the annexation coming in July, “If Israel really annexed the West Bank in July, it would lead to a massive conflict with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.”

What would this mean?

This may merely be a political move on the king’s part to keep the millions of displaced Palestinians living in his country from rioting. But it could also lead to Palestinians feeling empowered to make war because the Jordanian king would back them up either monetarily or would at least allow them to make war.

The Jordanian government itself may not be in a place to make war with Israel, but Jordan may foster a militia of Edom, Moab and Ammon, with those militias taking orders from Iran in a future coordinated attack on Israel.

We will see. Keep watching.

  1. Ammon, Moab, and Edom are mentioned in the prophecies of Isaiah 15-16 (Moab), Jeremiah 48 – 49:22 (Moab, Ammon, and Edom), Ezekiel 25:1-14 (Ammon, Moab, and Edom), Daniel 11:41 (Edom, Moab, Ammon), Zephaniah 2:8-11 (Moab, Ammon). Only in Daniel can we be sure that it applies to the end times. The others leave us wondering which portions applied to ancient times and which might apply to the end times, or even if they apply to the end times.

Is there anything in these prophecies that might give us a clue as to why the Antichrist will not conquer Edom, Moab, and Ammon (Daniel 11:41)? Zephaniah 2:8-10 teaches: “I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, whereby they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border. Therefore as I live, saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the children of Ammon as Gomorrah, even the breeding of nettles, and saltpits, and a perpetual desolation: the residue of my people shall spoil them, and the remnant of my people shall possess them. This shall they have for their pride, because they have reproached and magnified themselves against the people of the LORD of hosts.”

If this applies to the end times, then perhaps when the Antichrist takes over Israel, a significant portion of Israelis, armed to the teeth with advanced weaponry, will take over Jordan as a place of refuge. Jordan would have previously been conquered and left in desolation. By whom? Iran during the second signpost?

Ezekiel 25:4 teaches: “Behold, therefore I will deliver thee [Ammon] to the men of the east [Iran?] for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.” As Iran is defeated, perhaps it will go scorch earth in Jordan, which might explain its desolated condition when Israelis later take it over as a refuge from the Antichrist.

  2. Prism,
Yes, I believe Israel will take over western Jordan during the Second Signpost, preventing Antichrist, during his initial conquests in Daniel 11, from touching those places. However, for the final 42 months Antichrist will conquer Israel and Jordan, per Ezekiel 38.

  3. Reading about the goal for mandatory vaccines and connecting them to a global ID by the year 2030 is concerning. We have become paranoid about this virus and are happily allowing our freedoms to be taken from us and actually are begging for it. The New American has an article about this and Weston Price Foundation, under Coronovirus Updates and an interview with Leslie Manookian at about 34 minutes mentions this goal.

  4. Mark.I am working late and just came across these two articles in the last 20 minutes. What is interesting is that there are actually four periods of prayer in Judaism. The morning, the midday prayer, the one near sunset, and the night watches. Daniel was very dedicated in all three. I am rarely up this late.

i am seeing hedges coming down in various city. The early church did not thrive in the most comforting of circumstances. concerned with other Christians that may not be ready for such adversity and are caving in to weakened intersectional theology like mentioned below…..

  5. Although I became interested in Bible prophecy in the 1970s, it was not until 2015 that I read Joel Richardson’s book “The Islamic Antichrist.” At that time, massive migration of Muslims into Europe was upsetting Europe’s tranquility. Later in 2015, I read “Daniel Revisited,” learning about a prophesied sequence of end-time events; I had already lived through the first event. Since then, I have used my computer to find reports on how Iran has become a formidable power in the Middle East; the second event is getting very close. Meanwhile, “Chronicles of the End Times” (2018) has taken the study of Bible prophecies to a whole new level. “Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure” (Isaiah 46:9-10). This is teaching that Bible study can, if we study humbly before God, lead to an understanding of what God intends to accomplish through the end-time events we are living through.

  6. Field Marshal Haftar, the leader of the Libyan National Army (LNA) that is fighting against the Government of National Accord (GNA) of Libya, sometimes wears red badges.
They are similar to the red badges worn by Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps leaders.
The main difference is that the IRGC red badge has the laurel sprig wrapped around a sword.

The GNA of Libya has been supported by the European Union and Turkey. The LNA of Libya has been supported by Russia, Egypt, and United Arab Emirates. Lurking in the background has been Iran, which did not want to be associated with either Egypt or UAE because of their perceived friendliness toward Israel. Iranian and Palestinian leaders went ballistic when a UAE shipment of medical supplies as a gift to Palestinians was routed through Israel.

In May, Israel claimed that Iran has sent advanced weapons to the LNA.
Yet Israel doesn’t like the GNA alliance with Turkey, because Turkey wants to use a Turkey-Libya sea corridor across the Mediterranean to prevent Israel from laying down a pipeline to pump natural gas to Europe.

In June, at a time when the LNA has been losing ground to the GNA, the LNA has appealed to Israel for support.
But by asking Israel for help, the LNA has automatically lost any support from Iran, which now supports the GNA.

Perhaps the IRGC would now like to rip those red badges off of Haftar’s uniform.
