(21 Jun 2025) President Trump said he was considering attacking Iran sometime in the next two weeks.
Well, the two weeks is up. The US Air Force has just dropped six “bunker buster” (GBU-57) bombs on the Iranian nuclear facility of Fordow, with Tomahawks used on the Natanz and Esfahan facilities.
The U.S has jumped into the war with Iran with both feet, as it were.
Trump will give a briefing at 10 pm Eastern tonight.
Remember, the IRGC could still conduct the Second Signpost with or without nukes.
The only way we would know Second Signpost would not happen is if the Iranian regime were to end, and that includes the supreme leader being removed, and both the Council of Experts, and the IRGC all disbanded. We are a long way from that.

maybe it already did happen
June 22, 2025 Sunday morning…In my devotion this morning God gave me this:
We may have seen Daniel 8 the goat fulfilled yesterday with the Goat representing the west and not Turkey as I thought, but rather the USA Daniel 8:5-7 NIV
“[5] As I was thinking about this, suddenly a goat with a prominent horn between its eyes came FROM THE WEST crossing the whole earth WITHOUT TOUCHING THE GROUND [6] It came toward the two-horned ram I had seen standing beside the canal and charged at it in great rage. [7] I saw it attack the ram furiously, striking the ram and SHATTERING ITS TWO HORNS.The ram was powerless to stand against it; the goat knocked it to the ground and trampled on it, and none could rescue the ram from its power.”
My thinking is that the Rams days of pushing north, south, and west as spoken of in Dan. 8:4 have been being fulfilled since the Shaw was removed and the Ayatollahs took over(Hidden in plain sight, so to speak, pun intended). It looks as if the days of the Rams two powers(horns) are over and we can now look for the prophecy to continue at Daniel 8:8 NIV
[8] The goat became very great, but at the height of its power the large horn was broken off, (The west’s power will end in 2028) and in its place four prominent horns grew up toward the four winds of heaven.
Could Turkey as a NATO nation be an extension of “the West” and from there pick up the Signpost narrative?
To be Great (Daniel 8:4) Ram must win the strong one and US is the strong one.
I guess it will charge all American bases in the Middle East.

This thing is going to wind down in a week or so. Israel will be brought back from war and the accord signings will start. Then look for them to divide God’s mountain, putting the Holy Temple next to the profane Al-Aqsa, in accordance with one of those agreements and then…Daniel 8:9-14
This does not negate your Signpost Theory. It dang near proves it! I’m still with ya! You were right there all along regarding the Second Signpost. It has been “Hidden in plain sight.” The great sword of 45 years of the Ayatollahs, have cost many a lives! Out of the west comes the Goat that never touched the ground. You cant make this stuff up! Am I right about it?

The fulfillment of these things is written about in Daniel Revisited.
No, we have not seen the ram nor the goat fulfilled. The reasons are in Scripture and are quite clear. Have you forgotten them?
The ram will not be fulfilled until it gets to do all he wants to do. The regime, the kings of Media and Persia, will get to do all it wants to do (NIV – “He did as he pleased”). That would be the “Guardianship of the Jurisprudent” written about in chapter 10 of DR. They haven’t come close to that yet.
And the goat is not fulfilled because the goat with the big horn is specifically the king of Yavan – the leader of the descendants of Yavan who settled around the eastern Mediterranean like Greece, Anatolia, Cyprus, etc. And the goat attacks bitterly (“mara” – like its personal).
Turkey may still be part of NATO when it strikes back at Iran’s conquests, but if it was still part of NATO, why would it need to unite with Syria, Egypt, and Albania?
Resist the temptation day-by-day to compare what’s happening in the moment, with fulfilling pieces of prophecy. Yes, we are watching for fulfillment, but for any set of events, we must place the bits and pieces of Scripture text into the larger context of the whole vision and not ignore any parts of it.
We can say the ram charged – in fact I’ve had readers tell me for the last ten years or so that the ram was fulfilled “just now.” But no, here we are after years and people are still trying to say it was fulfilled just by looking at fragments of the vision. When the regime gets to deliver its Twelver Shia revolution to most of the Muslim nations of the Middle East, THEN the ram will be fulfilled.

Yes, possibly. Either America will be defeated in the Middle East, or withdraw, leaving the Iranian regime free to do what it wants to do.

You are trying to compare the events that occur in the noise to fulfillment of prophecy.
As I wrote in my last response, people have been doing what you are doing for years. And the ram has still not been fulfilled. Don’t you think that if people’s comparisons of a certain day’s events to the ram, has been going on for almost ten years now, that people are missing something?
Remember, all of Daniel 8:4 must be fulfilled, as well as the second horseman, and the Dan 7 bear – (1) shock as like a ram charging, (2) gets to ALL it wants to do, (3) killing and chaos in many muslim countries (per the bear and the horseman) as the IRGC brings in revolution, (4) ram becomes great (“feared”), and (5) takes peace away from the entire earth (horseman) in the form of peace of mind (iraynay). None of things have happened yet.
That said, I don’t see the regime joining with Turkey at all. They are Shia and Sunni – two bitter centuries-long enemies. They had an economic deal a few years back because outside nations forced it on them.
One thing you might be right about – this thing may wind down in a week or two. But then again, all noisy events are like a roller coaster – up and down, busy and calm. When the Second Signpost truly strikes and the ram is fulfilled, then war and chaos is the order of the day until Christ returns, except for a small respite in the middle of the Third Signpost so Israel can build her Third Temple.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer. I just don’t see Iran becoming any greater than they have been over the last 45 years since the revolution. The bow of Elam seems to have been broken. With your scenario, we are looking at possibly another forty years for Iran to become great again. With everything else lining up in the ME, the Abraham accord 2.0; Jolani checking all the boxes; Syria joining forces with Turkey. Its got to be way closer than the time it would take to MIGA, in the context of Daniel. And what about your Shemita post? Daniels 70th week. 2029 is four years away!

I agree with you that we just don’t, and maybe can’t, see it. I’m with you. To our human eyes it looks impossible.
Two wild cards though are (1) the regime is hiding the men/materiel needed for boots on the ground (estimates for the Basij run at around one million), and (2) Russia and China could start WW3 which pulls US forces out of the region, and Iran wouldn’t need so much power to occupy the Middle East.
If anything like the Second Signpost happens it must include all of Daniel 8:4 (the charging, no stopping, and doing what they want) since Daniel 8:3 was fulfilled (one horn grew longer later). (And it must include the bear and second horseman because the First Signpost fulfilled by the lion and the first horseman.)
This whole scenario also reminds me of the story in 2 Kings 6:24 – 7:20, with the pivot at 2 Kings 7:1-2.
Several observers have been pointing out that Israeli airstrikes have removed a generation of Iranian military leadership. It could be that such an event was necessary to clear the board, and bring in new, younger officers with the vigor to back up their lofty ambitions and put the Supreme Leader’s words into action.
Expect to see Russians training Iranians to deploy jamming-resistant fiber-optic drones from motorcycles to repay the Iranians in kind for their help with Shahed-type drones. Countries in Iran’s path will have a hard time defending their air assets against an Operation Spiderweb-type attack.
a lot of times we forget God has a say in this God is able to raise up a country and tear a country down he is positioning himself to give Iran more strength whether the country is good or evil. Right now there is a peace treaty very shaky though, both sides will rearm and this time each side will not be surprised what’s coming Iran has allies with Russia and China who will now supply and give a lot of advice to Iran this is only the opening salvo God’s purposes still have to be fulfilled through Iran.
