The headline above, and this article, are not written lightly. I find there is a heaviness. I find myself coming to terms that this is actually happening right now. It’s the same shock I got hearing about the First Signpost beginning way back in 2003.
The Signpost theory of prophecy interpretation was discovered in 2003 just before the First Signpost fulfilled prophecy, and was detailed in Daniel Revisited.
And now for 23 years I have watched and waited for the Second Signpost, that is, Iranian forces running out across the Middle East, destroying, killing, just as Daniel 7:5, Daniel 8:4, and Revelation 6:4, says.
The Moment of Truth
The truth or lie of the Signpost theory comes down to this moment and will be proven very soon: If the US defeats Iran and removes the regime, than either the Signpost theory is wrong, or will happen but perhaps decades away into the future.
However, if Iran does the “impossible” and defeats the US forces, and then runs out, no one will be able to stop the Persian Ram, and the Signposts are confirmed, as the second out of four predictions begins to come true.
As I’ve said in many posts and responses before over the years, there will be no question, and that you will know this is the Second Signpost.
The Enforcer YouTube Video
First, many thanks go out to The Enforcer YouTube channel, for tying in all these news sources and presenting them as close to real time as possible. I recommend this you all watch this website for Second Signpost developments.
The video was a livestream last night, and now is available for viewing. Here are the highlights if you don’t have 3 hours to watch.
Time 08:18–09:40—Headlines for the video include news of Iran. They announce it seems Iran cannot wait, that Iran’s forces are advancing to the Iraqi border, for preemptive strikes or counterstrikes.
Time 15:48–16:10—It is announced the news team there will go live at any time there is a new development because of the major war on our doorstep.
Time 16:33–18:55—The reason for a last minute new wave of US buildup is due to intelligence saying Iran is positioning to attack first, which would include attacks on many cities and capitals in the middle East.
Time 20:34–24:30—Big news is Iran’s significant armed forces heavy movements to Iraqi border. Looks like rocket forces, not ground forces. Saw this pattern before the 12-day war with Israel. Iran is getting a large preemptive strike or counterattack ready. Attacks could be on many cities across the Middle East.
Time 29:02–31:30—They talk about a new and major force deployment within Iran.
EVIDENCE OF THE SECOND SIGNPOST SET UP
At Time 29:23–29:41, I quote what one of the commentators says:
“Okay, so this is a brand new deployment by the IRGC. We are seeing a very large number of Iranian forces moving toward the Iraqi border and nobody’s really sure why this is. There’s a lot of speculation about it, but nobody’s really certain. So why do you think that the Iranians are suddenly making this move at the final hour?”
This is by far, in all the past 23 years watching for the Second Signpost, the kind of news item that would be expected to precede that Signpost.
The commentator continues at Time 29:55: “. . . and 26% said Iran plans to invade or enter Iraq, which would be quite insane, by the way.”
He says this with a little chuckle, by the way. And who can blame him? This is the way the world, and America thinks.
Well then, I’m part of the 26%, and believing in an “insane” or even “impossible” position, because of the Second Signpost in the Bible. Of course he would chuckle. This is indicative of why the whole world will be shocked if Iran wins, which the Second Signpost calls for.
Conclusion
I believe this is it.
The Second Signpost is being set out to be executed in a day or two or three.
All the waiting and watching. All the wondering if we see the Second Signpost yet. That last sentence is not meant to be condemnation for anyone asking these questions. It is only to confirm what it is I believed in my heart the way this would play out, as it is the closest and simplest interpretation of the relevant Bible passages.
THIS is the Second Signpost.
I hope and pray you all have been preparing, that you have torn down your idols, that Christ is number one in your heart, and you have materially prepared what you can.
Please realize, as I have been saying for many years, that if the Second Signpost begins, there is no going back to before end times. The end times will come rushing at us with a fast fury. And very soon you will be called to tell your church about the Signposts and Daniel 7:5 and 8:4 and Revelation 6:4, and that the Antichrist will be Muslim. The Second Signpost is your sign.
And that you will be ready to be the salt and light you must be so God can use you in the great revival to shortly come in the midst of chaos and poverty.
And if there are internet and electricity outages due to other events which might occur here in America, this may be the last post, I don’t know. I hope it isn’t. But if it is, watch for the Third Signpost and then the dreaded Fourth Signpost as it transitions into the Tribulation. If this is the last post I hope to see you all at the Savior’s feet.

Maranatha! Thats a bold post! I wouldn’t ever consider your signpost theory a “lie.” God has used you in ways, you cant even imagine. Even if you have to tweak it a little bit. Right or wrong you have been diligent, and I appreciate your work Mark!
Thanks, Thomas! Love you brother. I know you don’t consider this a lie. You are only the last to have these healthy questions, and our recent dialogue only sharpened my own thoughts. And there’s been years of this from people. No worries. I remember getting a text from another prophecy teacher way back in 2015 asking the same questions.

And you are right. Its a bold post. And yet that quote, “. . . a brand new deployment by the IRGC. We are seeing a very large number of Iranian forces moving toward the Iraqi border and nobody’s really sure why this is,” is exactly the kind of news story I would expect to be reported just before the Second Signpost begins. This was the greatest trigger telling me its for real. The only thing left is to see how the US vs Iran attacks play out. Part of me is still grappling with all this that its happening.

“The truth or lie of the Signpost theory…” I agree with Thomas. Do not call it a lie if it is wrong; then it is just a well meant but erroneous interpretation of scripture. Can happen to each of us.
And if you are right, then at least I am sort-of mentally prepared because it will not be an utter surprise shock for me. In 2006 I learnt about the “Islamic Antichrist” interpretation through Joel Richardson, and his articles and your contributions to Joels blog were a shock for me then, but not any more now. I am also physically prepared as well as I can as an inhabitant of a small studio in a European city. Gives me some peace of mind.
Truth be told this is only partially because of your warnings. I am in one of those countries which government is warning its citizens already for years to prepare against war and disruptions of any kind. Our governments probably think about Russia (all sorts of asymmetric warfare, sabotage, cutting of internet cables on the sea floor, cyberwar against infrastructure) and China (most dangerous country in the world as far as cyberwarfare is concerned). But these preparations might also come in handy if the second signpost really happens. For I am far from the only citizen here that is to some extent prepared.
I just hope Russia and China will not strike immediately if USA and Europe are weakened through what happens in the Middle East.
And may we see *you* at the Savior’s feet, too! The good Pastor James Kaddis of Calvary Chapel Signal Hill has a very good perspective on the Middle East, but is oblivious to Daniel 8 being future to us as of 22 February 2026 (yes, I have to self-date this post lol).
Mark, if I let this post go too long, I will be here all afternoon writing it. I just want to say, we hope for a reprieve, but I for one fear the ram getting ready to roll. Here’s to our brave Armed Forces and the good people of Iran bringing it home and by God’s mercy giving our world that reprieve. I will be watching the Enforcer on YouTube as you suggest.
Finally, Mark, thank you for everything. Consider me as one soul who has been blessed by your ministry and that of many other prophecy-teachers. My Google search for the Jewish Temple authority Joseph Good in August 2019 on YouTube opened the world to me.
We are a long way from the Rapture, still, people, but possibly a short, short, short time to specific prophetic events directly mentioned in scripture. Daniel 8 is future, and so are most of Daniel 2 and 7 and all the prophetic stuff in Daniel 10-12 and most of Daniel 9:24-27.
RIP Christopher Mantei, W. Herschell Ford, Hal Lindsey, Jack Van Impe, Grant Jeffrey, and so many others. We will either in Paradise or on the clouds see our Lord and all these men of God soon!
