(3 April 2026) It is now 10 pm MST April 3, or, 5 AM GMT, April 4. As of now, the Strait of Hormuz has been blocked for 34 days. However, it is now open to some traffic that the regime approves of.
Only Iranian oil, and only that which is purchased using Chinese Yuan, as well as a $2 million toll paid in Yuan, may pass through. Marinetraffic.com is showing a few tankers and cargo ships going through now, which meet these criteria. This traffic is far below the 100 vessels that would transit the Strait before the end of February, on a daily basis.

While China is getting some oil, the other Asian nations as well as European nations are not getting any oil from the Strait.
The idea of the Second Signpost having started March 2 is still in play. And it will remain in play until the regime is completely disbanded, or until the Ram runs out across the Middle East. At this point, even if the Strait of Hormuz were to be completely opened, the damage to global agriculture is complete, and it will take months or years to get everything back on line.
The Second Horseman’s Effect is Penetrating Deeper
Revelation 6:4 lists the first job of the second horseman:
“Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth . . .”
There is an excellent video at the Asian Boss channel explaining the myriad ways the second horseman is taking peace from the earth. Much of it is a repeat of what I’ve already written on this site in the last month, but it is a good summary of everything from food, to oil to tech chips to everything else, and it goes a bit deeper. It even speaks briefly to the terrible problem in India in which people in the cities already cannot cook all their meals for their families. Talk about loss of peace of mind.
Prelude to Third Horseman
The loss of fertilizer and thus the loss to crops around the world and in the US this coming harvest are confirmed. People must start gardens or enlarge them, or they will be hungry part of the time, this coming winter and spring next year.
Conclusion
The loss of peace of mind continues to deepen.
Get gold and silver while you can.
Get gardening supplies and heirloom seeds while you can. It is the start of the growing season here in the northern hemisphere. Educate yourself on how to grow a garden in your particular area. Learn about the USDA Zones in the US. Learn about heirlooms and hybrids. Learn about insect pests and plant diseases that might affect your area. If you are able-bodied and/or have at least a little land, be a blessing to others rather than part of the problem. If you are procrastinating, what are you waiting for? This isn’t a matter of prophecy to see if something comes true—the fertilizer shortage is already confirmed. The food shortage will happen, at least for the next year. Even if this isn’t the Second Signpost and its a false alarm, the fertilizer shortage has already hit.
But most of all make sure you are grounded in Christ.
Keep watch.

I am invested in Gold and follow the market closely. Curiously, at the outbreak of war the price crashed hard. With the rising cost of oil and resulting price increases in everything, inflation will skyrocket, the perfect scenario for gold to go parabolic… (again).
This to me seems a very clear foreshadowing, even a preparation, for the third signpost:

This is behind a paywall, so here is a summary:
Gulf states are meeting in Riyadh, with Turkey playing a key mediating role, to decide how to respond to the U.S.–Israel war with Iran and to plan for a post‑war regional security order less dependent on the United States. Iranian strikes on Gulf energy and civilian infrastructure have moved countries like Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Egypt from strict neutrality toward a harsher stance and consideration of “countermeasures.” Rather than forming a formal alliance, they are shaping a flexible cooperation platform—leveraging Turkey’s defence industry, Pakistan’s strategic capabilities, Egypt’s military depth, and Gulf financial resources—to diversify security sources while keeping ties to Washington. The war may accelerate a gradual shift of regional security responsibility from the U.S. to local powers.
Thanks, Adamant. Very interesting.
I think everything will explode on Monday after Trump’s 48-hour ultimatum you know there’s some sort of go ahead to greater escalation, 12 generals were sacked probably because of not being fully on board United States plan, Israel is content that the whole of the middle East would be destroyed. but the problem is the antics that will happen next week will make things even more crazy oil prices are at 141 a barrel not the 110 that we see so often, that 110 is based on last month’s turmoil, after Monday that 141 will be 161 per barrel, and also the derivative market is going crazy that’s really dangerous, so the next few weeks should be very challenging. The only thing I can say is hold on to your hats, and rest in the fact this is good in the site of the Lord, or that he’s allowing this evil so good man come of it eventually, the leaders are just putty in the hands of God and will do his will, not unlike God having to put hooks in the mouth of Antichrist to draw him down to Israel.
