(24 May 2026) It’s been 85 days that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed. It is now 11 pm MST May 24, or, 5 AM GMT, May 25.
The idea of the Second Signpost having started March 2 is still in play. And it will remain in play and either be disproved when the regime is completely disbanded, or will be confirmed when the Ram runs out across the Middle East.
A Parallel to the First Signpost?
In chapter 9 of Daniel Revisited, I wrote that FBI agent George Piro supposedly learned the secret of Saddam’s WMD, while Saddam was going through his trials in court.
Saddam said he destroyed all his WMD in the 1990’s but kept up the ruse that he possessed WMD to keep Iran from attacking Iraq. Saddam said he feared Iran, and did not think the US would really attack and remove him.
Fast forward to today. If Iran is indeed using enriched uranium as a lure to make the US attack Iran as I posited in this post, who is to say that Iran even has any enriched uranium at all?
Iran has supposedly been twenty years from a bomb.
The Iranian president has even come out and supposedly said, “We are not seeking nuclear weapons.”
Could it be possible that the US might keep attacking and not give up until it gets the uranium? Certainly Netanyahu would not quit. But what if Iran has none to give?
With the First Signpost, the US “won” and removed Saddam. If the uranium really is not there, it will be interesting to see if the US keeps attacking or demands the uranium handed over in any peace deal.
In that case there will be no peace deal.
Conclusion
The mysteries and drama to this whole ordeal is not over.
Iran controls the Strait. The US cannot dislodge Iran.
The world is losing millions of barrels of oil every day, and the famine is baked in.
Keep watch.
