(15 August 2026) It is now 10 pm MST August 15, or, 4 AM GMT, August 16. We have been watching events centered on Iran and its regime, waiting for escalation of what looks to be the Second Signpost.
We have been watching since February 28. The Strait of Hormuz has been closed since March 2, and has been so for 167 days.
In this video, Chris Martenson, expert economic researcher, writer and forecaster is interviewed.
He reminds us starting at time 10:03 to 12:22 about the coming diesel shortage. Places like the US may have plenty of gasoline, but it will not help if there is no diesel to get it to gas stations.
Conclusion
This reminder from Martenson is confirmation that a fuel shortage in the US is coming. Gasoline may not be available as it always is, due to the breakdown in the means to transport it to gas stations.
The second horseman will be likely increasing the taking away of peace of mind in September.
