This story has been reported at oilprice.com. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) holds up to 700 million barrels of oil.
Congress has just given the Dept of Energy (DOE) the go ahead and start selling some of the oil out of the SPR.
In light of the Second Signpost this is a very foolish move. In many ways, it seems, the West is being led to go to sleep these days. The article says,
“Even the more hawkish members of Congress have been lulled into a sense of security from the surge in U.S. oil production and the resulting crash in oil prices. The world is awash in oil, so why does the U.S. need to stockpile such a massive volume of oil at great expense?”
Three oil tankers fully loaded and leaving Vancouver. The world is awash in oil – seems like a good time to let our guard down?
The answer of course, is the Second Signpost is coming! The US has a 140-day supply today, and it will need every barrel when Iran makes its move.

THE FOUR SIGNPOSTS

“Being led to go to sleep” implies purposeful deception, as in Isaiah 9:16: “For the leaders of this people [Obama, Merkel, et al] cause them to err; and they that are lead of them are destroyed.” Globalists like Obama and Merkel are happy to harm their own nations to further the rise of global governance. They have been doing that for years. Why didn’t American and German lawmakers stop Obama and Merkel from hurting their nations? Because they thought that they would be exempt from the harm they were allowing, as in Isaiah 28:15: “When the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves.”
