General Ismail Ghaani
Following the assassination of top IRGC Quds Force commander General Soleimani in January 2020, General Ismail Ghaani (or, Qaani) was appointed by the supreme leader to lead the Quds Force. He never quite had the same charisma Soleimani had.
Reported Execution
This news video, at time 13:30 to 13:56, reports that General Ghaani has been executed not by America or Israel, but by the IRGC itself!

Apparently he was found guilty of sharing intelligence with the Mossad! Therefore, General Ghaani may have been single-handedly responsible for all the pinpoint bombings by the US and Israeli air forces taking out the supreme leader and other high value targets.
Is The Leak Plugged?
Whether the intelligence leak is plugged or not, no one can argue that much damage has already occurred.
