Day 25 of Oil Blockage: ALERT – Use This Time Wisely

(25 March 2026) It is now 9 pm MST March 25, or, 4 AM GMT, March 26.

As of now, the Strait of Hormuz continues to be blocked. It has been blocked for 25 days. About 400 to 500 million barrels of oil have been removed from global oil supplies by Iran’s closing of the Strait of Hormuz.

The idea of the Second Signpost having started March 2 is still in play. Until the regime is completely disbanded, or until the Ram runs out, this is not over.

There were no new significant news headlines today.

Natural gas and fuel stocks continue to dwindle in many nations. Indian homes in the large cities receive a propane canister to cook their food only once every 45 days. Australia has less than 30 days’ supply of diesel.

There is no opening of the Strait of Hormuz yet. And it looks like it might not be open for a long time.

There is talk from Trump of sending in US Marines to occupy Kharg Island, the Iranian oil terminal.

The regime has threatened to destroy more oil infrastructure in the Middle East.

Use This Time Wisely

Use this time wisely. God is being gracious here. This time could go on for hours or weeks. One thing seems relatively sure—the full global measure of fertilizer is already not getting into the ground, which will cause food shortages and even higher food prices this Fall.

This could be a sign telling us the Third Signpost is on its way. You might want to implement plans to expand your own food production. Start or expand a garden. Start or expand a chicken coop.

The rest of the world may only see this as the days before the US finally finished off the regime. But if this is the Second Signpost then you Signpost watchers know that things will get worse and on the horizon is the Third signpost already.

Keep watch.

  1. Iran said they will invade Bahrain and UAE if the US “makes any mistake.”

Hard to say how serious they are.

  2. David,
Good catch on the news item.
My guess? An overzealous security analyst leaked the plans of the Persian Ram, but it doesn’t matter for no one will take him seriously except those who are aware of the Signposts.

  3. Christine Lagarde, the president of the European Central Bank (analogous to the FED in the US), is starting to get it, just as the IEA’s Fatih Birol a few days ago.
Excerpts of what Lagarde said yesterday:

“The risks from the Iran war are being underestimated.
Expectations of a swift return to normal may be overly optimistic.
We are facing a real shock, probably beyond what we can imagine at the moment.
Too much has already been damaged.
There is no way the Gulf’s lost energy supply can be restored within months.
    The disruption may last years.
The danger is that the consequences will emerge only gradually, leading to a delayed assessment of how serious the crisis is.”

Could countries come together in this global crisis?

“I can assure you that the central-bank community will get together,” pointedly omitting finance ministers.
She noted that during the financial crisis of 2007-09 the G20 co-ordinated a global response.
“Can you imagine that happening now? The G20 is under US leadership. I’ll say no more.”
She detects echoes of the 1920s, when America turned inward.
The 1920s resulted in the great crash of Wall Street in 1929 and the worldwide Great depression after.
