(25 July 2026) It is now 10 pm MST July 25, or, 4 AM GMT, July 26. We have been watching events centered on Iran and its regime, waiting for escalation of what looks to be the Second Signpost. We have been watching since February 28.
The Strait of Hormuz has been closed for 147 days. A few oil tankers in the Strait are on fire as a result of Iranian missiles.
While Newsmax reports that after 13 days of attacks, there is no US attack on Iran the fourteenth night.
At the same time though, Canadian Prepper reports that the Houthis attacked the Saudi Aramco and Yanbu terminal in Saudi Arabia. The Yanbu terminal allows oil to flow to the Red Sea to bypass the Strait of Hormuz.
Conclusion
The Houthis are a Shia Muslim ally of Iran. And while the scene is calming down for 24 hours or so in Iran, the Houthis in Yemen have attacked the Saudis ability to export oil through the Red Sea. That pipeline has a max capacity of about 5 million bpd.
The extent of the damage is not known yet. If the Yanbu pipeline is shutdown, that will contribute to keeping the global oil storage near zero.

How do you think the vision of Zechariah’s horsemen (chapter 6) fit into the signposts?
Forgive my levity, but I feel like the theme song for this website should be Eve of Destruction by Barry McGuire. I remember listening to a Christian talk program in the 1990s and the guest was a retired Air Force General talking about the condition of the anti-ballistic missle capabilities of the U.S. He was not hopeful it would stop incoming Russian missiles. When asked to clarify the general said, “If we saw missiles coming over the horizon the best advice I can give would be to start singing NEARER MY GOD TO THEE”.
I have prayed ever since Trump’s second term began that God would (in addition to getting saved) show Trump the truth of Daniel 8, and give him an excuse to pull out of the Middle East. Similar to “Father, if there is any other way“. If there is any other way to fullfill prophecy without the destruction of theUnited States let that happen. It looks like my petition was denied. Of course, God does not need America to provide for believers.

The Zechariah 6:1-3 horses are the same as the Revelation 6:2-8 horses. For added information, I believe Zechariah 6:4-5 is an echo of Daniel 7:2-3. The four winds of Dan 7:2-3 use the same word as the four spirits of Zechariah 6:4-5. Also consider Habakkuk 3:15 – I’ll bet the sea in Daniel 7 churned by the four “winds” was God trampling the sea with his “horses”.
So whether Daniel 7 or Revelation 6 or Zechariah 6 or Habakkuk 3 – they are all the same, just different views.
Interesting, especially the connection to Daniel and Habakkuk. How would you fit the directions the horses go to in Zechariah 6:6-8 with the signposts?
