Al-Sharaa Rebuilds Syria’s Army

(15 October 2026) While the news from the Middle East is mostly centered on Iran and the coming Second Signpost, there is other significant news happening in the background.

Al-Sharaa (aka, al-Golani), the new Sunni president of Syria, overthrew the Assad government two years ago. Assad was Shia, and hence allied with Iran.

Now with Al-Sharaa leading the country, Syria is now allied with Turkey.

Al-Sharaa, president of Syria meets Erdogan, president of Turkey. From the Signpost perspective, the best candidate for the Antichrist meets with the first horn of the Daniel 8 goat.

Now, this report indicates that al-Sharaa is rebuilding Syria’s army. He is spending roughly 40 percent of Syria’s annual $10 billion budget.

Conclusion

Syria became the second head of the Leopard two or three years ago. And now, Syria is rebuilding its army so it can participate with its three allies among the other heads of the Leopard in the military movements of the Third Signpost.

Since we can see the conditions coming together for the heralding event of the Third Signpost which is the coming famine, the main act of the Third Signpost cannot be very far away.
