Report: Assembly of Experts Building Bombed

(3 March 2026) There is a report from The Enforcer that Israeli strikes took out the building where the Assembly of Experts meets. In fact, the report says the Assembly was meeting while the vote for the next supreme leader was underway.

Some elements of this story leave me skeptical. While there is no denying the meeting building has been bombed, whether the Assembly was right there has me wondering.

The wondering is not due to the Assembly being a major support to the office of supreme leader, but because it was an Israeli strike, with results reported by the Israeli military.

Israeli Media Report What They Want to Hear

Though I lean toward supporting Israel, there is one thing about their culture and media that has bothered me. They tend to report what they want to hear, whether its true or not.

Example 1—Over the years prior to General Soleimani being taken out by Trump in January 2020, the Israeli media reported that Soleimani had died in three separate incidents. They would report he was killed in an attack, but then, voila, he is resurrected.

Example 2—In the last day or two, Ahmadinejad (remember him?) was reported by Israeli media as being killed. Funny, it’s in several Israeli newspapers, but not one non-Jewish paper.

Need Confirmation

We need confirmation from non-Jewish sources before we can consider Ahmadinejad or the Assembly of Experts, taken out. To be clear, I’m not anti-Semitic, just simply responding to what, in fact, the Israeli media has a track record of doing.

Once confirmation is done, then we can factor in the loss of the Assembly of Experts into everything that is going on.
