“Small Potatoes”? No.

(5 September 2026) We have been watching events centered on Iran and its regime, waiting for escalation of what looks to be the Second Signpost.

We have been watching since February 28. The Strait of Hormuz was mostly closed from March 2 to August 23 or so, being about 175 days. The Strait was sporadically open, and is now basically closed due to reports that Iran is laying mines in the Strait again.

Trump’s “Small Potatoes”

In this news conference at about time 00:14, President Trump calls the whole Iran War, “small potatoes.”

Trump is known for his bluster, of talking big that which is mediocre, and minimizing those things that are more significant.

However, since he is the one who ordered the attack on Iran, it is obvious he doesn’t know about the Second Signpost and what he has done.

Donald Trump now is added to the list of US presidents who have helped or started the Signposts. Carter, Dubya (George W Bush), and Obama all helped the Second Signpost get put on the stage. Carter allowed the Persian Ram to appear. Dubya started the First signpost clearing the way for the Second. Obama funded the Persian Ram with his pallet of cash.

And now Donald Trump has likely outright triggered the start of the Second Signpost.

No, Mr. President, what you started is not small potatoes. I suppose someone had to do it, I’m just surprised it was you. I thought it might be someone else.

Your small potatoes over in Iran has and will cause misery for hundreds of millions, with cascading effects like the Third Signpost’s famine.

Conclusion

If this is all the start of the Second Signpost, Donald Trump will go down in the record as the man who triggered the Second Signpost, and all the Signposts.

Often, people think they have God and his plans figured out and then there is a lightning strike from left field. Donald Trump has been held by many Christians as someone who would do the “right” things, but God has other plans.

This nation will be judged, and this nation will have revival. Trump, did, in fact, make this all possible.
