(18 September 2026) After so many years of watching for the coming of the Second Signpost, it has arrived. The first attack taking out 5 percent of the world’s oil availability happened last weekend on September 11.
September 11, 2026 felt like an inflection point for trends, in which things were degrading slowly from March to that date, but after the date it seems things are accelerating.
Persian Ram Prepares?
And now, we may actually be seeing the Persian Ram preparing for its run out across the Middle East.
ZeroHedge reports of huge demonstrations involving one million men occurring in Sana’a, Yemen, and Tehran, Iran.

The flags laid out on the ground are: in back, Iraq, in the middle from left to right, Iran, Palestine, and Lebanon, and in the foreground, Yemen. These are the five countries (Palestine as a “country”) that have Shia militants allied with Iran.
This news report talks about active recruiting by the regime of 600,000 men, with training how to use weapons like Stingers.
All this is being done with the excuse by the regime that the US will invade. But if the US does not invade, what would a million men recently trained be used for? Yes, that could be the Persian Ram run, and the Bear causing chaos everywhere.
October Surprise
In parallel with all this, Victor Davis Hanson throws in his two cents. Its only a 9 minute video but he says Iran is planning an October surprise somewhere around the last half of October, in order to wreck the chances of the Republicans holding power.
How might Iran do this? One answer is to make gasoline and diesel much more expensive than now. That would of course involve what the Second Signpost includes, which is destroying more of the Arab oil infrastructure.
Conclusion
It seems the dots are coming together to connect.
We may very well see, more Arab oil taken out, and then the Persian Ram invasion of the Middle East. And it could all happen in October.
